you are driving there is private parking with the outside
areas of the house having external lighting. The villa
comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots,
2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room
for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for
your use. There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in
the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a
comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a
cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle,
a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing
machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The
owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware,
cooking utensils. |

refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking to reserve your
accommodation of £200.00.The total balance of the reservation is due for
payment eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Upon the property being
checked that there are no damages caused within the property during the
letting period a refund will be made for £200.00 within 14 days of
departure. |
