A security deposit of £150 is required upon booking in case of breakage/damage to property during the rental period. There will be an additional charge for final clean depending on the number of occupants. These are listed as follows: 1-2 people: £35.00 3-4 people: £45.00 5-6 people: £55.00 Air conditioning is an optional extra. The charge is £30.00 per week. Welcome packs containing essentials like bottled water, bread, milk, fruit, beer, wine etc can be arranged upon request. This is a very useful service, especially if arriving late when shops are closed. There will be a £5.00 charge for this service.
