minutes drive to Torrevieja (or you can take the local bus) where
“Naufragos” and “Locos” beaches can be found both being credited with
“blue” flag status or alternatively the white sands of Punta Prima beach
are approximately fifteen minutes walk from the apartment. The area has
an abundance of activities to offer, from hot air ballooning to
Go-Carting. For the golfers numerous courses can be found within a short
drive. The apartment has the benefit of a fully vented air conditioning
system which supplies the lounge and both bedrooms – a blessing during
the months of June, July and August to keep you cool or if your
intention is to come out in the cooler months this system will also keep
you nice and cosy.

assistance during your stay. A free meet and greet service is available
between the hours of 9.00am till 6.00pm (charges may apply out of these
hours). A payment of 60.00 euros is required at the time of arrival to cover
departure clean and linen costs.
A non
refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking to reserve your
accommodation of £200.00.The total balance of the reservation is due for
payment eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Upon the property being
checked that there are no damages caused within the property during the
letting period a refund will be made for £200.00 within 14 days of
departure.
